As a natural growth for Lone Care Services (LCS), this new venture presents an exciting challenge for us to extend our exceptional services to a diverse range of young service users.
Drawing from our wealth of experience in domiciliary care and supported living since 2014, we embark on this journey to provide tailored support to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each young person under our care.
Our passion lies in encouraging and empowering them to reach their full potential, guiding them towards the fulfilment of their desired goals and targets.
Person-centred approach
As we spread our wings to include services for Children and Young People, we take pride in embracing diversity and inclusivity. Our services are thoughtfully designed to cater to the individuality of each resident, creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters personal growth and development.
Join us on this extraordinary voyage, where sustaining dreams and nurturing futures is not just our slogan but a profound commitment that drives every aspect of our service. Together, we can create a world of opportunities and possibilities for the young residents of West London Young Living.

How we work
Person-Centred Approach
At West London Young Living, we believe that every dream matters. Our person-centred approach means we start with the individual — their aspirations, their challenges, and their strengths — and build support around them, not the other way around.
Compassion First
Every interaction is guided by genuine care for the young people we support. We listen, we empathise, and we act with kindness.
Person-Centred
Support plans are built around each individual — their goals, their strengths, and their unique journey toward independence.
Community
We foster a sense of belonging, helping young people build positive relationships and connect with their wider community.

Meet Our Leadership Team
Bilal Afzal
Founder and Director
Bilal Afzal, the visionary behind Lone Care Services (LCS), holds a Masters degree in Business Computing. His professional journey began in the finance sector, where he gained valuable experience working in Australia and Hong Kong. Leveraging his strong business acumen and a deep passion for making a difference, Bilal founded LCS in 2014 with the goal of providing high-quality care services.
Under his leadership, LCS has experienced remarkable growth. What started as a single CQC-registered branch in Croydon has now expanded to multiple locations, including Portsmouth, reflecting the company's unwavering commitment to excellence. Bilal has also spearheaded the development of two supported living facilities designed specifically to meet the needs of individuals with learning disabilities, offering them a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive.
In 2023, Bilal further expanded Lone Care Services (LCS) by launching West London Young Living (WLYL), extending the company's reach into the children's care sector. Under his leadership, WLYL now operates three OFSTED-registered placements, offering specialised support to young people aged 16 to 18 during a pivotal stage of their lives. His vision has been instrumental in establishing WLYL as a trusted provider of tailored support, dedicated to empowering young individuals to thrive and realise their full potential.
Bilal's strategic vision, combined with his hands-on approach and commitment to delivering person-centred care & support, continues to drive the success and expansion of both LCS and WLYL. Today, the company stands as a leader in the care sector, known for its dedication to creating positive, lasting outcomes for both young people and adults across the UK.
