What We Do

What We Offer

Personalised supported living with compassionate support — tailored to each young person's needs and aspirations.

Our Services

Lone Care Services Ltd is proud to extend its longstanding expertise in supported living through West London Young Living. We provide a continuum of care — from fully supported living through to supported accommodation — ensuring that every young person receives exactly the level of support they need, when they need it.

All our services are underpinned by a person-centred philosophy, trauma-informed practice, and a genuine commitment to helping young people build the skills and confidence to live independently.

01

Supported Accommodation

Our supported living provides young people aged 16&17 with a safe, stable home alongside structured support. Each resident has their own private space within a shared house, with communal areas that encourage community and connection.

  • 24/7 on-call support
  • Weekly key worker sessions
  • Personal support plans
  • Regular house meetings
  • Emergency support protocols
02

Semi-Independent Living

Designed for young people who are ready to take the next step, our semi-independent living programme bridges the gap between full care and living alone. We provide a supported environment where residents can practise and develop the skills they need.

  • Life skills development
  • Budgeting and financial management
  • Cooking and household management
  • Employment and education support
  • Move-on planning
03
